Congratulations to the MJH Boys Basketball team on their win at the League tourney and a fine finish to a great season and congratulations to the MJH Girls basketball team for their runner-up finish in the league tourney. I was proud of the team, coaches, and fans for their sportsmanship and competitive nature they displayed all season long.
Next week starts state assessments with 3rd and 4th graders starting their reading testing. We look forward to another banner year for MES/MJH on the state assessments and the teachers and students have been preparing and working on test taking strategies for the past couple of weeks.
We are in the middle of our Scholar’s Bowl season and during our first home invitational this year our Varsity team got 2nd place out of 13 teams. Congrats to Coach Hewitt and the Scholar’s Bowl participants.
