Haircuts and Hotdogs a hit for everyone at MES/MJH open house this evening. A Great Big Thank-You to Mrs. Zimmerman for her efforts to organize the evening, and the community volunteers who graciously shared their talents with our students.

Don't forget Meade has new school hours this year. The first day on Aug. 15 will be from 8:05 AM to 1:00 PM for 1st-12th grade. Regular hours will start on Friday, Aug. 16. No classes for PS, Kinderprep, or Kdg. until Monday, Aug. 19.

We are getting ready for the start of our 2019-20 school year! Our August menu is ready.
The Meade United Methodist Church will be giving out free school supplies to Meade students on Saturday August 3rd from 9:30-11:30am and Friday August 9th from 1:30-3:30pm. Distribution will be in the Mission Mart room. Enter on the south side of the church. (Kids can also get free clothing from the Mission Mart those days too!)
Purple Calendars will be available again during enrollment thanks to the Meade County News. Thanks to Backroom Printing pocket calendars will be available in businesses again this year. A Google Calendar is also available this year. Go to usd226.org and find these under the Menu.
Enrollment will be August 2nd from 8 AM to 3 PM and August 5 from 12 PM to 7PM. New MHS students Aug. 6 from 9 AM to 3PM. Meade Learning Center every day August 5th - Sept. 19. 9 AM to 3 PM.
