It is time to kick off our 2023-24 school year in style! The MES/MJH Open House & Meet Your Teacher Night is scheduled for Monday, August 14th. We can not wait to see everyone and celebrate the beginning of another great year!

ATTENTION MJH & MHS Student Athletes:
This year's conditioning camp starts tonight and will run through Thursday night. Camp will start at 6:30pm in the gym and will move to the practice field halfway through to try to acclimate to the heat. The camp is open to all junior high and high school athletes.
Attention coaches and athletes! The gym floors are currently being redone at the HS and GS buildings. Please stay out of the gym facilities until Monday, August 7th to allow for proper drying and curing. Thank you for your patience and we're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!
Our high school gym floors are being refinished therefore we will NOT have morning weights tomorrow, Wednesday, August 2nd.

ATTENTION MJH & MHS Athletes: July 3rd-9th is the KSHSAA mandated moratorium week. We are not allowed to host any school athletic activities during this time. That means no weights as well. We will pick things back up on the 10th.

The Meade XC team enjoyed a fun week in Greeley, CO and the surrounding area. They ran and learned throughout the week. They also got to do some fun team activities including a 4 mile hike in the mountains. Thank you to the Lauppe family for hosting us for a week! It was great to spend time with you and catch up!
The students, faculty, and staff of USD 226 are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of our friend and student, Micheal Lowery. Please keep Micheal's family, his friends and teachers, and our staff in your thoughts and prayers as we grieve the loss of one of our own. Micheal will be missed by many. We are grateful for the memories we made and the laughs we shared with him.
Micheal's service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church in Meade on Thursday, June 15th at 2:00pm.
