**USD 226 Christmas Program Update**
K-6th Grade - Monday, December 19th, beginning at 6:30pm in the MHS auditorium
7th-12th Grade - Monday, December 19th, beginning at 8:00pm in the MHS auditorium
Meade USD 226 is accepting applications for the position of District Clerk. This is a 12 month position with healthcare benefits. Interested individuals are invited to call the District Office 620.873.2081, or stop by to pick up an application. There is ample training available to the right candidate. The Board of Education seeks to fill this position as soon as a qualified applicant is available.
All inquiries should be directed to Brandon Haynes, USD 226 Superintendent.

BlueJay Invitational Results
Congratulations to our Buffaloes! They took 3rd place at the tournament. They went 2-1 in pool play, then defeated Cimarron to take 3rd.
Congratulations to Grayden Stapleton and Brock Keith! They earned a spot on the BlueJay Invitational All-Tournament team.
Congratulations to Logan Keith and Maya Doney! Both student-athletes received Academic High Achievement recognition.

Game times for tomorrow are:
JV Boys at 10:00am
Varsity Boys at 4:00pm
JV Girls at 4:00pm

Our varsity girls are scheduled to play Sublette at 10:00am, but they will not be playing due to a majority of the Sublette student-athletes taking the ACT in the morning. Mr. Capsey is working to find an alternative date for our varsity girls to play Sublette.
It is the MOST wonderful time of the year!
Our PTO has planned a fun afternoon for our MES/MJH students. The Winter Fest is scheduled for Sunday, December 11th from 2:00-5:00pm at MES/MJH. It is sure to be a great time!

•Varsity boys won 54-52 in overtime.

•Our JV girls and JV boys lost their games.
Our MHS Varsity and JV Scholar's Bowl teams competed in Rozel/Pawnee Heights where our JV earned second place at the meet.
