Meade XC finished off their season with a 3rd Place Team Finish and Alex Zortman medaling individually at 18th! Rough day with some sickness in the week but they battled the conditions well.
Great season Buffs!

Like TRUE BUFFALOES these guys are headed straight into the storm here at Wamego for State Cross Country. Great group of young men to represent Meade High. Proud of them and Coaches Daugherty, Kinnamon, and Cowan. As in life, results are on the other side of the storm! See you there....

Meade Grade School had an incident that was investigated by both the Meade County Sheriff's Office and the Meade School Administration. This incident has been dealt with and no students or staff were ever in danger. There were never any weapons involved. Our students and staff are and will continue to be protected at all times.

Cross Country team headed to State! Stay tuned for details!

First Responders Invited Too! - Along with our Veterans, we would love to honor our first responders at our Veterans Day program on Nov. 11th at 10:00 am at the MES Gym. These wonderful people are our heroes as well and deserve recognition on this special day, too. Be sure to let any first responders know about our invitation!

All Veterans Invited! Please join us on Veterans Day!

Don't forget! Send in those pictures!

Just a Reminder - As we start into flu season, please remember to keep your child home if they have had diarrhea, vomiting, or fever within 24 hours. They need to be 24 hours free of these symptoms WITHOUT MEDICATIONS before they return to school. We don't want sickness to spread to others. Please be considerate of others as we try to keep our Buffs healthy and ready to learn.

REMINDER! There will be NO school on Friday, November 1st.
Enjoy a safe and relaxing three-day weekend!
