Teacher Appreciation Week
The AVHS will be at MHS and MES/MJH this week for KSHSAA physicals. Students planning to participate in any USD 226 athletics or rec football will need to have a completed physical form on file before they can practice or compete. Information and forms have been sent home with students. If you didn't get one, you can call the school to request one or download one from the KSHSAA site (https://www.kshsaa.org/Public/PDF/FORM-PPE.pdf). There are several places requiring the signature of the parents/guardians as well as the student-athlete. Please double-check that all the appropriate places have the correct signature. AVHS will be at the high school on Tuesday, May 7th, and at the grade school and junior high on Thursday, May 9th. The cost of the physical is $25.00 and is due at the time of the physical. Checks need to be made payable to AVHS or the Meade Clinic.
