Santa Claus is coming to town! The Meade Chamber of Commerce is inviting the community to the Meade City Park on Friday, November 28th. The City will turn on the park's holiday lights. Our Chamber of Commerce will begin serving hot chocolate at 6:00pm. Santa is scheduled to make his arrival around 6:30pm. He will have bags of candy to share with all our young girls and boys.

🏀 Mark your calendars! 🏀 Late Night at the Stampede is set for November 29th - where past meets present! Alumni take on the current teams in a scrimmage, and between games we’ll see who can light it up from deep in the girls vs. boys 3-point contest.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING! USD 226 will be closed from Monday, Novemeber 24th through Friday, November 28th for the Thanksgiving holiday. School will resume on Monday, December 1st. We wish everyone a wonderful and relaxing holiday break!

The Meade Board of Education is seeking some information about Spring athletics for the future. The students in grades 5-11th will be given a quick Google or paper survey the week after Thanksgiving break. We would like parents to discuss the questions with their child so their child has some knowledge about the topics. Currently, Meade High School offers the following in the Spring : Boys Golf (Girls can participate against the boys.) - Boys Tennis - Track and Field (Boys/Girls). Here are the questions that the students will be answering:
1. Name/Grade 2.
