The School District is offering various surplus items for purchase. The School Board will accept sealed bids according to the guidelines and timeline below.

Bidding Guidelines & Schedule;

Submission Deadline: Sealed bids must be received at the District Office by October 9 at 4:00 PM.

Submission Instructions: Mail or hand-deliver your bid in a sealed envelope clearly labeled "Surplus Item Bid" to the District Office.

Bid Opening: All submitted bids will be publicly opened during the Board of Education meeting on October 12.

If you have any questions or require additional details, please reply to this email or contact the District Office directly.

The Meade JV tennis girls competed in our home meet last night. Everyone took some wins! Alejandra Valenzuela and Addison Tacha took 2nd place in doubles! Morgan Gainey and Ana also competed in doubles!

💜 LITTLE BUFFS DANCE CLINIC PERFORMANCE REMINDER! 💜

Our Little Buffs Dance Clinic girls will be performing Friday, September 11th at halftime of the football game! 🏈💃

📍 Where: Meet the high school dance team in the HS gym
⏰ Game starts: 7:00 PM
🕐 Meet: At the conclusion of the 1st quarter
💃 2nd quarter: We will practice together and make sure everyone is ready for the halftime performance!

Missed the clinic on Monday? If your child already signed up, you are still welcome to come! We will teach them the dance during the second quarter so they can perform with us at halftime! 💜

👕 Clinic shirts will be available when the girls arrive at the gym at the beginning of the second quarter.

👟 Don’t forget to wear tennis shoes!

Parents can pick up their child in the HS gym following the performance.

We can’t wait to see our Little Buffs shine! 💜🤍
