With the recent approval of a COVID vaccine for children ages 5 – 11, there are naturally a number of questions. The attached document contains information about COVID vaccines that may address some of these questions. The document was prepared by the Kansas COVID Workgroup for Kids, an organization composed primarily of physicians.

Meade Schools will dismiss at 1:45 PM on Friday, November 12 to allow staff and students to leave for the playoff football game scheduled for 6:00 PM in Goessel.

MHS Variety Show On November 11th and November 13th at 7:00pm, the lights will be bright and our local talent will be on display. Musical features include: *The Greatest Showman *The Sound of Music *Fiddler on the Roof *South Pacific *The Hunchback of Notre Dame *High School Musical *Music Box Review of 1924 *Tangled *Civil War We will have soloists, Mixed Choir, Men’s Chorus, Women’s Chorus. Madrigals, Madrigal Women, Madrigal Men and instrumental features. Also, on Saturday November 13th, Meade Teacher Association will be offering a Chicken Noodle and Chili Supper at 5:00pm in the High School Cafeteria. This will be a free-will donation ($5 minimum). All proceeds will go into a scholarship fund for MHS students taking college classes. Come enjoy a great meal followed by fantastic entertainment! There will be no charge for the concert.
