State T&F update: Anthony Godfrey 10th in the 800 with a time of 2:05.42. Congratulations on a great Track career.

Alex Zortman is a State medalists finishing 6th in the 1600 with a new PR of 4:35.47

Sayler Stapleton 14th in pole vault clearing 8’6”
Also in attendance today and pictured with Sayler is Mike Zeyen. He is the standing pole vault record holder for Meade boys at 13'6".

Jeremaine Conley placed 14th in 110 hurdles with a time of 16.64!

The 4x800 team of Alex Zortman, Saul Mendoza, Jordy Padgett, and Anthony Godfrey are State medalists at 4th place. Their time was less than 3 seconds off the MHS record!
The 4x400 Relay team of Anthony, Alex, James, and Saul made it to State T&F because they were among the 'next 4 fastest' at Regional last Thursday! Today, they were 11th in Prelims, just outside the time to qualify for Saturday. Congratulations guys!
Ryker Vieux is a State Medalist at 5th place in the 3200M. Congratulations!
Important Update: MHS Athletic Banquet Location Change
Due to construction at the high school, the MHS Athletic Banquet will now be held at the Grade School on Tuesday, June 3 at 6:00 PM.
This year’s banquet will be a true potluck!
The Booster Club will provide table service and drinks.
We kindly ask all parents, grandparents, and friends to bring a main dish, side dish, or dessert, along with your own serving utensils.

Let's send State Track & Field off in style! Thursday at 10 am they will leave from MHS(back parking lot) travel West on Walnut, North on 23 and East on 54 out of town. Good luck to all!

Let's send Johnny McAtee to State Golf in style! Tuesday May 27 at 8 am. We will start at the HS (back or front depending on roofing equipment). The route will go West to Highway 23 and North out of town. Join together at the HS, at the corner of 23 and 54 or anywhere else on the route. Good luck Johnny!
