Thank-you to MES teachers for planning the third and fourth grade science day at the lake. Also, a big thank-you to the parents who took a day off of work to volunteer helping with the student activities!

Meade Schools have been in fantastic shape over the month of April. As a result there have been few quarantines to report. At times the numbers have been zero. KSHSAA requirements to wear masks for outdoor activities ended May 1, 2021. Please remember if you have not received a vaccine, they are available through the Meade County Health Dept. 5th - 8th Grade Concert in the Park - May 11
The “Concert in the Park” on Tuesday, May 11, will start off with hotdogs for everyone at 6:00 pm in the City Park. The concert will follow with the 5th - 8th grade vocal and instrumental groups performing. Please bring a lawn chair or a blanket to sit on during the concert. It is exciting to be able to perform live again. We are looking forward to a great evening together in the city park.

MJH took the track at Kiowa County and posted great times and distances on a beautiful day for a track meet.
Congratulations to our MHS golfers! Brayden and Kaya PR’d and Ian Unruh placed 12th out of 70+ golfers. The team persevered through a difficult course on a warm-windy day.

-Tuesday's JV Boys Tennis Home Meet has been cancelled. They will instead play in Cimarron on Monday afternoon. More info to come.
-Monday's Varsity Boys Tennis Home Meet has been moved to Tuesday, beginning at 3:00pm.
