Mr Harshberger receives a Lifetime Achievement Award in Education during the SPIAA Basketball Tournament
Kenneth Harshberger is completing his 42nd year in education including 13 years as Meade Superintendent and 18 years as Meade Elementary Principal. Prior to Meade, he served a SPIAA school in his home town of Minneola as an elementary teacher. Mr. Harshberger is an avid supporter of the arts, sports, academics, and activities. He is the director of Ski-Can and has been instrumental in adding educational opportunities to many of the SPIAA schools. Kenneth and his wife Lisa have 5 daughters who have all graduated from Meade.
Meade USD 226 and the SPIAA League thanks Mr. Harshberger for his service and dedication to kids.
