Last Friday federal guidelines changed for wearing masks on school transportation: "Effective February 25, 2022, CDC does not require wearing of masks on buses or vans operated by public or private school systems, including early care and education/child care programs." As a result starting Monday, wearing of masks will not be required on Meade school vehicles.

Meade took 4th out of 17 schools at the Larned Powerlifting Meet. We had ten lifters. The top three schools were 4A with over 30 lifters. We had a great day!
Cullen Lumry: 2nd in class; PR in total weight lifted
Korben Clawson: 2nd in class; PR and school record in bench & squat; PR in total weight lifted
Josh Hughes: 3rd in class; PR in all 3 lifts and total weight lifted
Brady Papay: won his class with 1st in bench & squats and 2nd in cleans
Grayden Stapleton: 2nd in his class; PR and school record in bench; PR in total weight lifted
Brayden Norris: tied several PRs

Sub-State Tournament Update:
Our Buffaloes will play Satanta Thursday at 6:00pm. Our Lady Buffs will play South Central Friday at 6:00pm. All the games will be played in Montezuma.
